Autumn 2020 Recital Series

Join us throughout this Autumn, as we welcome a variety of instrumentalists and organists for a series of exciting concerts at Bradford Cathedral.

As lockdown restrictions ease, we have been keen to recommence our organ recitals and coffee concerts. This Autumn, we are combining them into our 'Autumn 2020 recital series'. We will be featuring some top quality musicians for your enjoyment. Each recital will last approximately 40 minutes. This season's series includes:

10 November @ 12.30 - Martha Hayward (soprano)

25 November @ 12.30 - Graham Thorpe (organ)

08 December @ 12.30 - Daniel Lappin and Sarah Lamb (flute and clarinet)

16 December @ 12.30 - Gordon Stewart (organ)

Past recitals

13 October @ 13.00 - Iyad Sughayer (piano)

21 October @ 12.30 - Alex Berry (organ)

Donations

Our recitals are free of charge, so we rely on donations to allow us to continue putting on events such as these. Our donations policy is 'pay as you feel'. This can be as little or as much as you would like.

We can receive donations in-person if you are attending at the cathedral, and via the following link if you are watching online:

Hygiene, safety and COVID-19

We have been very careful to ensure that those attending in person will be as safe as possible. Our recitals are risk assessed, and have had to obtain the approval of the cathedral's Executive Committee to go ahead. All national and local COVID-19 guidelines are being followed.

There is a limit on numbers attending (36) and seats are socially distanced. Temperatures will be taken on arrival and hand sanitiser provided. Masks should be worn during the recital. A one-way system will be in place.
